CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your spot to another client. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged. • No-show: Full payment for the service will be charged. Rescheduling: • You may reschedule your appointment at no extra charge, as long as it’s done 24 hours before the original appointment. Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies happen. Please reach out to me as soon as possible, and I’ll work with you to find a solution. Thank you for respecting my time and other clients!
